BBQ (Barbeque) Masala
VERY IMPORTANT: No need to add Salt, Red Chili, Ginger, Garlic or anything else apart from the ingredients given below. Increase all quantities proportionally for serving more than 5 persons. Follow instructions given below as it is for best results.
Ingredients Required for 5 persons
|Chicken / Mutton with Bones||1 Kg. / 2.2 Lb|
|Cooking Oil||15 Ml / 1 Tbsp|
|Raw Onions Paste||30 Gms|
|Green Chilies Paste||20 Gms|
|Cilantro / Kothmir / Hara Dhanya Paste||1/2 Bunch / 5 Twigs|
|Mint Leaves / Pudina Paste||1 L Bunch / 5 Twigs|
|Raw Papaya Paste||10 Gms|
|Cahew Nut Paste||30 Gms|
|Yogurt / Curd||50 Gms|
|Ustad Banne Nawab’s Hyderabadi BBQ Kebab Masala||One Packet|
STEPS OF COOKING:
- Mix all of the above ingredients thoroughly and marinate for 2-3 hours.
- Pierce them in thin skewers and grill them on very low heat in an Electric / Gas / Charcoal BBQ grill / Oven grill Grill till half done, rotating from time to time , remove skewers and keep aside & let them cook from the heat of the skewers for about 10-15 mins.
- Place them again back on the grill, Keep on brushing the kebabs with oil and continue rotating the skewers from time to time, till kebabs are done. (Don’t apply the oil before they are half done as they will not cook properly). Garnish with raw onions and lemon and Serve hot.
