Fish Fry

Description

VERY IMPORTANT: No need to add Salt, Red chilli, Ginger, Garlic or anything else apart from the ingredients given below.  Increase all quantities proportionally for serving more than 5 persons. Follow instructions given below as it is for best results.

Ingredients Required for 5 persons:

Fish Boneless 1 kg. / 2 lb.
Cooking oil Enough for deep frying fish
Edible orange red colour 2-3 pinches / 1 gm.
Ustad Banne Nawab’s Hyderabadi Fish Fry Masala 1 packet

STEPS OF COOKING

  1. In a bowl take 45 ml / 3 Tables spoon water, Fish fry masala and Edible orange red colour to make a paste and now add fish, mix thoroughly & marinate for 1-2 hrs.
  2. Heat enough oil in a big deep frying pan.
  3. Reduce flame to medium, (Very important, otherwise if fried on high flame the coating will get burnt and the fish inside will not get properly cooked) and deep fry fish pieces for about 10 to 15 minutes till they become crispy.
  4. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or sauce.
