STEPS OF COOKING:
- In a pressure cooker take 400 2-inch-long boneless chicken pieces, cut into thin slices, entire masala paste, 2 to 3 pinches orange red colour and mix thoroughly. Add 75 ml. water mix well and cook till 1st whistle.
- Reduce flame to low and cook for another 15 minutes or until the chicken is tender and desired thickness of the gravy is achieved.
- Garnish with 50g. fresh cream (optional) and serve.
